As a family, the “Albessard – Aubert” went to the beautiful Ventoux region, given a technical boost by Vanessa, an oenologist with a long experience as a winemaker.

Wine growers in Saint-Emilion, passionate about wine, Vanessa & Eddy have created in partnership with local producer friends, their tailor-made white. A wine reflecting its terroir, at an excellent value for money, ideal companion for any occasion.

Family adventure, they naturally named it Dyvana, for Eddy, Vanessa and Aéna, their daughter.

Ventoux Nestled at an altitude of more than 400 meters, the vines take their roots in stony, clay-limestone soil in small plots of steep hillsides in terraces. They enjoy cool nights and sunny days, perfect to obtain ripe grapes and naturally well balanced.

The harvest is manual and the grapes are transported to the cellar in crates of 15 kg, then pressed directly to minimize the risk of oxidation.

Clairette is vinified in stainless steel vats.

Roussanne is vinified and aged in french oak barrel of 500L.

60% Roussanne, 40% Clairette

Selected for its aromas that express the generosity and complexity of its terroir, this wine reveals a complex nose while delicacy, with sweet aromas of white fruits, exotic fruits and mint and aniseed notes.
The mouth reveals a round and fresh material very harmonious.
The finish is long and well balanced, with a touch of toasted almonds and pastry brioche.
